Welcome to Spiritwood. I am Lauren, a healer, seer, and crystal whisperer, and I am honoured to share this space with you. Spiritwood is the place where my deepest passions and spiritual practices converge, a sanctuary for anyone seeking connection, guidance, and transformation through crystals, energy healing, and shamanism.

Spiritwood represents the true essence of my path, where earth and ether meet, where the wisdom of the natural world intertwines with the guidance of the unseen realms.

From most of my life,

I have felt the pull of the unseen world.

I have been guided by visions of past lives,

called to shamanic initiation, and welcomed the quiet presence of spirit guides who continue to teach and inspire me.

Living in the wilderness of Tasmania with my partner and two sons, I am surrounded by rivers, ancient trees, and stone formations that hold their own wisdom.

The earth itself is my teacher, and in its rhythms, I have learned to listen deeply, to honour the sacred, and to follow the whispers of intuition wherever they lead.

Spiritwood is built on the understanding that true healing begins when we remember who we are at our core.

The work I do, is about reclaiming lost or hidden parts of ourselves, restoring balance, and reconnecting with the deeper currents of life.

Whether through energy healing, shamanic journeying, soul retrieval, or intuitively chosen crystal kits, my intention is to support your unique path and help you awaken to the magic that already lives within you.
