Lauren is a healer and earth based energy worker in kinship with the living intelligence of the earth through plant medicine,
lunar cycles, and crystal healing.

Intuitive Crystal Kits
This crystal kit is offered as a sacred support for cultivating a conscious, intuitive relationship with your crystal companions and weaving their energy into your everyday life. Whether you are holding them in meditation, creating a grid around your body, or placing them on the body during rest and healing, you are invited to follow your inner knowing and work with the crystals in a way that feels natural and aligned for you. Designed to empower your self-healing journey, the crystals act as gentle anchors, guiding you back to your inner truth and inherent wisdom. A guided meditation is included to help you enter the sacred space you co-create with your crystals and explore different ways of connecting and practising with them. Kits are available in three sizes and feature a thoughtfully curated blend of rough stones, tumbles, and points, with Small including 2 to 3 crystals, Medium 4 to 5 crystals, and Large 6 to 7 crystals.
Tarot & Oracle readings
My tarot readings are offered as a sacred space for insight, reflection, and soul-level guidance. Working intuitively with the cards and Spirit, I translate the energies present around you to help illuminate patterns, possibilities, and the deeper wisdom moving through your life. Each reading is approached with care, integrity, and respect for your free will, inviting clarity rather than prediction and empowerment rather than dependency. I am simply the messenger, sharing what wishes to be revealed in this moment so you can listen inwardly, trust your intuition, and choose your next steps with greater awareness and confidence.
Shamanic Soul Retrieval
Soul retrieval is an ancient shamanic practice that supports the restoration of balance, vitality, and wholeness when parts of the soul have become fragmented through trauma, loss, or prolonged hardship. When aspects of the soul separate, it can leave you feeling disconnected, depleted, or unable to move forward, and over time, this can drain life force and inner power. Through gentle, intentional journeying, these soul aspects are lovingly located and invited to return, helping to restore your energy and reconnect you with your true essence. Drawing on my training in earth-based and shamanic and druid traditions and energy work, I work energetically with clients regardless of location. Each journey is approached with reverence and care, guided by spirit allies and informed by your intention, with insights and messages shared in a written report to support integration. My role is to walk beside you in this sacred work, helping you reclaim lost parts of yourself so you may move forward with greater clarity, strength, and alignment.
